This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to the delivery of goods purchased from PodSpace UK.

1. Delivery Timeframes
All PodSpace UK products are made to order.
- Standard manufacturing and delivery timeframe is within 21 working days from the date of order
- This timeframe is indicative only and may vary depending on:
- Order volume
- Product specifications
- External factors beyond our control
PodSpace UK reserves the right to adjust delivery timelines where necessary. Customers will be notified where reasonably possible.

Our products are large, heavy, and bulky items.
By placing an order, you agree that:

- Suitable ground conditions
If delivery cannot be completed due to inadequate access:
- Additional delivery charges may apply
- Redelivery may be required at the customer’s cost

3. Installation
Where installation is included or arranged:
- We will endeavour to schedule installation as close to the delivery date as possible, however this is not guaranteed
- There may be instances where installation takes place after delivery due to scheduling or external factors
Prepared Bases & Platforms
- Any customer-provided or pre-prepared base/platform is subject to inspection by our installers on the day of installation
- The base/platform must be:
- Level
- Structurally sound
- Suitable for the size and weight of the pod
If, in the opinion of our installers, the base/platform is unsuitable:
- PodSpace UK reserves the right to:
- Refuse installation until the issue is rectified
- Carry out remedial works, where possible, at an additional cost
- Apply a revisit charge if a return visit is required
PodSpace UK shall not be liable for delays or additional costs arising from unsuitable site preparation.

4. Third-Party Couriers
PodSpace UK may use third-party courier and logistics providers.
- Delivery services are subject to the courier’s own operational constraints
- Delays caused by third-party providers are outside of our direct control
We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but PodSpace UK shall not be liable for such delays.

5. Delays Outside Our Control
Delivery and installation timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Traffic disruptions
- Supply chain issues
- Industrial action
- Force majeure events
In such cases:
- Timeframes may be extended
- PodSpace UK shall not be liable for resulting delays or losses

6. Customer Responsibilities at Delivery
At the point of delivery, the customer (or their representative) must:
- Be present to accept delivery

Failure to do so may affect any subsequent claims.
