At PodSpace UK, all of our products are made to order and built to your specification. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures in line with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Made-to-Order Products (No Change of Mind Returns)
As our products are custom-made and built to order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
This means:
- You do not have the right to cancel or return your order once production has begun
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind
This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described

2. Your Rights Under UK Law
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to goods that are:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose
- As described
If your product does not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items on Delivery
We take care to ensure all products arrive in excellent condition. However, if your item arrives damaged:
At the Point of Delivery
- You must inspect the packaging and goods before signing
- Any visible damage must be:
- Reported to the courier immediately
- Noted on the delivery receipt (e.g. “damaged”)
Failure to do this may impact any claim with the courier.

4. Reporting Damage or Faults
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if your item is damaged or faulty.

- The damage
- The packaging
- A description of the issue
We may not be able to accept claims reported outside of this timeframe unless you can demonstrate the issue was not reasonably discoverable at delivery.

5. Resolution Process
Once we receive your claim, we will:
- Assess the issue
- Arrange a suitable remedy, which may include:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund (where legally required)
We will always act in accordance with your statutory rights.

- Products are large, made-to-order installations — please ensure:
- Access is suitable
- Measurements and specifications are correct before ordering
- We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect measurements or site conditions provided by the customer
