Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made via the PodSpace UK website and apply to the sale of all custom-made pod products.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- About Us
PodSpace UK (“we”, “us”, “our”) supplies made-to-order modular pods for commercial and residential use. Contact: hello@podspaceuk.com
- Product Nature (Made-to-Order Goods)
All PodSpace UK products are:
- Made to order
- Manufactured to customer specification
- Built using materials such as uPVC, glass, and insulated panels
Due to this:
- Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced
- This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (custom goods exemption)
This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
- Product Representation & Imagery
- Product images, renders, and marketing materials may include AI-generated or enhanced visuals
- These are for illustrative purposes only
As a result:
- Final products may vary slightly in appearance, finish, or detailing
- Colours, textures, and finishes may vary due to:
- Manufacturing processes
- Lighting conditions
- Screen/display differences
We do not guarantee an exact visual match between images and delivered goods.
- Pricing & Payment (Stripe)
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to VAT where applicable
- Payment is taken securely via Stripe
By making payment:
- You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method
- You agree to Stripe’s payment processing terms
PodSpace UK:
- Does not store full card details
- Is not liable for issues arising from Stripe’s platform or third-party banking systems
Orders will not enter production until payment is confirmed.
- Delivery
- Estimated delivery timeframe: within 21 working days from order date (unless otherwise stated)
- This is an estimate only, not a guaranteed date
Delivery may be affected by:
- Manufacturing timelines
- Third-party courier delays
- Weather conditions
- External factors beyond our control
Access Requirements
Products are large and heavy. You must ensure:
- Clear and safe access
- Suitable unloading space
Failure to provide access may result in:
- Additional charges
- Redelivery fees
- Installation
Where installation is included:
- Installation dates are not guaranteed to coincide exactly with delivery
- We will aim to minimise delays where possible
Base & Ground Preparation
- Customer-provided bases/platforms will be inspected on installation day
Bases must be:
- Level
- Structurally sound
- Suitable for load requirements
If deemed unsuitable:
- Installation may be refused or delayed
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Remedial works
- Revisit appointments
PodSpace UK is not responsible for delays caused by unsuitable site preparation.
- Third-Party Services
We may use:
- External couriers
- Installation teams
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third parties, but will take reasonable steps to assist.
- Risk & Ownership
- Risk passes to the customer upon delivery
- Ownership passes once full payment has been received
- Damages & Faults
- Damage must be reported:
- To the courier at delivery
- To PodSpace UK within 24 hours via email
Failure to report within this timeframe may affect claims.
- Warranty
All PodSpace UK products are supplied with a 5-year warranty.
Warranty Covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural integrity under normal use
Warranty Does NOT Cover:
- Misuse or improper installation
- Lack of maintenance
- Accidental damage
Vandalism
- External damage outside normal operating conditions
- General wear and tear
We reserve the right to inspect and assess all warranty claims.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
PodSpace UK shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of business, revenue, or profits
- Delays caused by external factors
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or misrepresentation
- Your statutory rights under UK law
- Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under:
- Consumer Rights Act 2015
- Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
You are entitled to goods that are:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose
- As described
- Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Supply chain disruption
- Labour shortages
- Acts of God
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
